I feel remarkably positive after completing this year's weeklong. I feel a surprising increase in
strength, especially noticable during day to day
activities. Mentally I feel very calm and focused. Through the
meditation practice I have found a much deeper connection to nature and the
life that surrounds me. Everything feels much more solid, much more
connected. The day to day stresses and anxieties of life have had the
volume turned down, and I am looking forward to the challenges of life and
helping others with a renewed vigor.

I have just returned from my second weeklong and the
results I feel are nothing short of remarkable. During
the months leading up to the weeklong I had been keeping a very crazy
schedule with long hours and a considerable amount of stress.
One week later I have come away from the
weeklong entirely reenergized, refocused and very optimistic. My
body feels stronger than it has in years and
I am thinking much more clearly. The perfect combination
of the mountain environment, the carefully selected movements, the
sequence of the instruction, the enthusiasm and dedication of the higher belts
and the community feeling all contributed to an amazing experience that is better
than any vacation I have ever taken.

As a student I attended my first weeklong and received a great deal of benefit and
I was excited by everything I had learned. I am now an Instructor and I
have recognized that I have the capacity to learn movements more quickly and to
internalize them more thoroughly then I did when I was a student.
I cannot adequately explain the difference I feel
internally and externally but I am very thankful to Grandmaster and the
teaching team for sharing this important information with students and
instructors. Practice just keeps getting better...and I look forward to
attending the weeklong next year and every year. It's
something I simply cannot afford to miss.

On Wednesday, my last day, I experienced
an internal explosion of renewed energy and peace. My initial fears were totally unfounded. It was time for me to leave and I wanted to
stay for the entire week!
It is truly an
invigorating and rejuvenating experience and Im looking forward to an entire
week next time!

The
2010 weeklong seminar was the best I have attended so far. I came
to the weeklong in need of change, and I found it there. The mutual
support of all of the instructors and students created a strong feeling of
community, which was an important part of the whole experience; but it was the
movement that really changed me.
However, when I got home, things were quite different.
On my first practice on Monday, I found that I could reach down and touch my
toes two inches further than I could before the weeklong. This is a huge
deal for me because front-to-back flexibility has always been a challenge for
me. I can now touch my thumbs to the floor before practice, and after
practice when I sit and stretch (with my legs together) I can grab my heels and
bring my face completely into my knees. The other major change is that my
head is now like a clear dome, and I can instantly clear negative (and all
thoughts, if necessary) from it. I have had times in my practice in the
past where my mind was very clear and focused, but I have not experienced such
a dramatic shift from normal to super-clear before.
I am very grateful to Grandmaster and to all of the instructors who have been
passing moo doe in this country. This is the kind of development I have
been looking for for myself and it is exactly the
kind of thing I want to pass to others. Without those who have come
before me, my opportunity would not exist. Thank you.

It was a wonderful experience to come to
the weeklong seminar and meet instructors and students from the different
schools. The international Team taught
us many different movements and took great care to work with each of us
individually. I feel renewed, and am
ready to use what I have learned.

The 2010 weeklong was both a physically
and mentally challenging week. I learned
I was capble of so much more than I thought possible
and I was able to see aspects of myself reflected in the mirror of the
movement. Higher belts helped me to
recognize and internalize those mental lessons through their careful guidance
and direction. I look forward to
practicing and internalizing the physical, mental and spiritual lessons of this
weeklong.
