When you are packing, remember to include the following items:
- Belt and uniform - we will be taking pictures on one or two days of the program.
- some formal clothing for the presentation on Saturday, June 21st at 3:00pm.
- Sweat clothes appropriate to a summer / mountain / desert climate. (Sleeveless
shirts make it easier to apply herbal formulas.)
- Jacket or long sleeved shirt for protection from the sun.
- Shoes appropriate for outdoor practice on grass .
- Hat, sunscreen and sunglasses and a beach towel (or 2).
- With your guest pass, you will be able to get as many towels as you like at the pools for use in the pool area.
- Some warmer clothes for the evening time (it will be cool at night, you will want something to wear after using the hot pool in the evenings).
- You may also want to leave extra space in your luggage for equipment that you will be receiving during the seminar.
- Alarm Clock (there are no alarm clocks or wake up calls at the resort).
- Flashlight (for getting around after dark)
- Calling Card for pay phones (only Verizon and Sprint cell phone service is available, Cingular/AT&T Wireless and Nextel don't work)

- There are lockers and loaner locks available by the pools, you may want to bring a combination lock (just don't leave it on the locker overnight).
Other Notes
- You will not need a car once on the resort, there is limited parking (one car per cabin, limited general parking). For those cabins with
more than one car there is also some additional parking across the road at the golf course (on resort property).
- On arriving at the resort, you will recieve a guest pass which should be kept with you at all times. You will need it for towels at the pools and to get back in to the resort if you leave.
- Check in for the resort starts at 3 pm, however if you get there earlier, they will let you in to enjoy the facility, you will just have to go back to the main desk to check in after 3 pm.
